Meet Our Leadership Team
Our administration and customer service team, led by Victoria Hughes-Hallett, ensures clients experience high levels of service and are kept up to date with our projects at all times. The design and drafting teams, headed by Daniel Allen, ensure projects are perfectly detailed and documented and comply with local government and shire requirements to minimize downtime. Mark Liddelow, the Managing Director, focuses on efficient and transparent operational management.
Mark Liddelow
Managing Director
Mark is the Managing Director and Founder of the Homesmith. Prior, Mark spent 25 years working in senior positions within Western Australia.
Mark has proven expertise in the operational management of large volume home builders as well as in the manufacturing and contractor sector of the industry. He is an expert in process management and ensures the Homesmith is operating efficiently and transparently.
Mark is a family man with a passion for basketball giving back to the community through his love of coaching. He also volunteers with the Salvation Army in various capacities.
Victoria Hughes-Hallett
Administration Manager
Victoria leads our administration and customer service team to ensure that our clients experience high levels of service and are kept up to date with their projects at all times. Victoria has the highest levels of expertise in the Western Australian industry having worked within some of the largest project builders. Victoria enjoys providing our clients with a personal experience.
Victoria is passionate about her health and fitness, in particular Pilates. She loves to spend time with her Kelpie “Zoe” who can often be seen curled up beneath her desk.
Daniel Allen
Design Manager
Daniel has headed up some of the most successful design and drafting teams in Western Australia. Daniel’s knowledge of local government regulations is almost encyclopaedic and ensures that our clients’ projects are not only perfectly detailed and documented but that they comply with the shire requirements to minimise any downtime.
Daniel is a family man with two young children and has a passion for baseball and softball. Daniel is an active member of the sports community involving himself on committees and in coaching roles.
Matt Miller
Building Manager
Matt brings over two decades of experience to the team, including 10 years on the tools as a tradesman and 14 years in construction supervision and management for some of WA’s largest home builders. His deep industry knowledge and passion for delivering high-quality homes with efficiency make him a valued member of The Homesmith Group.
A dedicated family man with five kids, Matt spends his weekends coaching local football and basketball teams and supporting his children in their sporting pursuits. When not with family or on the field, he enjoys life on his property—home to sheep, pigs, dogs, and a famously cheeky donkey—and can often be found working away in his shed.
